Birdie Chance Membership Terms

These Membership Terms (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and use of a Birdie Chance membership (“Membership”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms, along with the Birdie Chance Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not purchase the Membership.
1. What You Receive With Membership
Birdie Chance Membership gives you access to exclusive benefits, which may include:
- Monthly partner offers and discount codes.
- Eligibility for member-only giveaways and prize draws.
- Other perks and features from time to time.
We may modify, add, or remove benefits at any time. Membership benefits may change, rotate, or vary month to month and are not guaranteed to be the same each billing period.
All benefits are available only while your Membership remains active and fully paid.
Partner offers and discount codes:
- Are only available to active, fully paid Birdie Chance members.
- Change month to month (including discount values, participating partners, and any applicable terms).
- Are issued for personal use only and must not be shared, forwarded, resold, or posted publicly (including on social media, coupon/deal sites, or forums).
All partner benefits, including any codes, discounts, offers, or partner perks, automatically cease if your Membership ends, is cancelled, or if your payment fails.
Giveaways and prize draws:
- Giveaway eligibility applies only to members with an active Membership at the time entries close, being 11:59pm (Sydney time) on the last day of the month.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
Timing of benefits:
Membership benefits commence on the date you successfully sign up and remain available while your Membership is active and fully paid. Benefits are delivered via email in accordance with Section 3. Ongoing monthly benefits, including partner offers and giveaway eligibility, refresh on the first day of each calendar month.
2. Membership Fees & Billing
- Membership is billed monthly at the price shown during checkout.
- By subscribing, you authorise Birdie Chance and our payment provider (Stripe) to automatically charge your supplied payment method each month until you cancel.
- Billing date: always the 1st day of each month.
- First charge: you are charged immediately at signup.
- No proration: if you join mid-month, you will still pay the full membership fee, and your next charge will fall on the 1st of the upcoming month.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Delivery of Membership Benefits
- Membership benefits, including partner offers, discount codes, and giveaway details, are delivered via the email address associated with your Birdie Chance account.
- You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and up to date.
4. Cancellation and End of Benefits
- You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us at hello@birdiechance.co.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- All Membership benefits cease once your Membership is no longer active, including access to partner offers, discount codes, and eligibility for member-only giveaways.
5. Changes to Membership
- Birdie Chance may update Membership pricing, benefits, partners, or these Terms from time to time.
- Where Membership fees change, Birdie Chance will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice via email and/or the platform before the new fee takes effect.
- Changes to benefits, partners, features, or program mechanics may occur from time to time.
- If you continue your Membership after a pricing change takes effect, you are taken to have accepted the updated fee. If you do not agree, you may cancel your Membership before the change applies.
